Received an e mail this morning from the Detective at the West Melbourne,Fl Police Dept. as follows (name omitted for security reasons:
Hello,
I have been assigned your case against MEGA Moving and Storage. I am in waiting for their reply back to me. The one thing I noticed while doing a business check of them, is the numerous complaints they have for like transactions. I will keep you posted as I get more info. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call me at the number listed below or email.
And my reply:
Thank you so much for your reply.
I have been doing an extensive investigation of my own on the Internet and I have only touched the tip of the iceberg.
they are a ruthless outfit and I have published a blog for other victims to send me their complaints against Mega or publish them on my blog:
http://charlesolimpiovmegamoving.blogspot.com/?zx=e040d6b76903cfe
There is a lot of personal stuff on the blog about my emotional pain which is incidental to your investigation but you will find some information there which I believe will help you.
I will keep updating you as I uncover more about the shady past. Aapparently they have carried out these scams for years under various business names. As they are forced out they return under another identity.
Thank you again. I really need your help.
Charles Olimpio
Also faxed a letter updating the other Officer at the same Police Dept who is also involved in the case:

Subject: Case No. 09-008047, Grand Theft, Florida State Statute 812.014
Dear Mr................:
I am inquiring as to the state of your investigation in this matter and what progress you might have made?
Since our last conversation I have forwarded this complaint to the State of Florida's Attorney General's Ofiice.
I have heard from Mega Moving Co on May 1,2009. They told me they have my goods which they stole from me at 310 Lago Circle, Apartment 103, on April 14,2009 in a warehouse in Atlanta,Georgia. They offered to return my goods if I paid them an additional $780.00 over and above the sum of $1037.00 which they defrauded me of on 4/14/09 by forging my approval of a credit card charge in that amount though their hand-held swiping device.
It is now clear that they never had any intention of delivering my furniture and personal goods.
Their modus operandi is outlined clearly on the internet involving hundreds of similar scams they have perpetrated. Please visit the Internet Site which exposes many of their similar crimes at:
http://charlesolimpiovmegamoving.blogspot.com/?zx=e040d6b76903cfe
They pick up the victim's goods, park them in a warehouse in Atlanta,Gorgia and then 3 or 4 weeks later contact the victims and attempt to extort funds from them.
Please let me know if you have uncovered the location of this warehouse where they store their stolen goods,
Thank you for your help.
Very truly yours,
Charles Olimpio

TRIVIALIZATION VS. EMPATHY
Trivialization ...........To make something seem ordinary or commonplace
Empathy: the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another of either the past or present without having the feelings, thoughts, and experience fully communicated in an objectively explicit manner..... also the capacity for this
Some crimes throughout history whoch many people feel have been trivialized:
The Holocaust.
Slavery,racism,bigotry
Rape
You cannot insure yourself against any of the above crimes but many non-empathetic cynics feel that the victims, in some manner (and the cynics are never completely specific about this),invited this on themselves or did not take steps to avoid being so vulnerable to their perpetrators. e.g. women wore provacative clothing, jews antagonized others by being such succesful merchants and blacks meekly accepted their fate.
In contrast empathetically inclined people will feel the pain of these victims, will vicariously feel the pain, shock and outrage of the victims. They will communicate to the victims that although they cannot take the pain, shock and outrage away, they nonetheless share it.
No one can really understand the feelings of being violated, insulted, shamed or brutalized unless they actaully experience certain crimes.
After experiencing a moving scam for three weeks from today I think that this is a crime which invites trivialization rather than empathy.Of course, I am still sane and full realize that the brutalization I have experienced, cannot be put in the same category as Holocaust,Bigotry,Rape etc, but at age 78 it a violation of my psyche.
I also realize that many people feel empathy for me but are unable to express it verbally or vocally. Silent empathy is a form of trivialization in itself. If you know someone who has been the Victim of a moving scam you need expresss your outrage and shock vocally to them.
I went to my first appointment this morning with my new Doctor and he was unable to express his shock but I could see it in his mannerisms. His Nurse's eyes teared up but she was speechless. Her tears helped me more than the Doctor did.
Many of the people closest to me have been unable to express themselves in a helpful manner. Many have identified with the perpetrator or rationilized that the truck probably broke down or maybe the fires in SC caused them to avoid the state.
I sent an e mail to the Attorney General of Florida, Wm. McCollum today outlining the crime.
Will resume posting complaints about Mega Moving & Storage tomorrow as I cull them from all over the Internet. This is the company which has my goods in storage and is charging me storage.
A County social worker is helping me locate some basic necessities. I told her about the storage fiasco. She laughed and I laughed with her after she said "you mean they are charging you to store goods they stole from you??"

DAY 21 OF A TRIVIALIZED MOVING COMPANY SCAM
Posted by: GTBRIIDGES - 04/04/2009
Subject: Unprofessional, liars, belligerant and the list goes on
It was basic bait and switch. They showed up several hours late with a truck that was too small for all my belongings (leaving me with a storage bill in GA and the need for a trip back to collect my things) then proceeded to raise the price of delivery on my "binding quote" after all my things were on the truck. We entered into another "binding quote" and surprise, surprise once my things were on the way to Texas they called me and demanded additional money to get my things from the truck or they would not deliver. When they did deliver they demanded cash, failed to assemble that majority of my furniture and had lost quite a few of my items. Had I not insisted on walking through the truck myself more would have been lost. I am a single mother and a grad student. They basically stole what was supposed to be my rent money for the first month and my parents had to step in and help. I explained this to them and they had no compassion. These people are crooks. Stay away! Quote ID : 302768
Move Origin : Atlanta, GA
Move Destination : Houston, TX
Initial Estimate : $1,500.00
Final Cost : $2,200.00
Other complaints to follow but I want to comment on this first post because it shows the modus operandi these crooked companies use. Call two days before scheduled move asking if they can move up one day (legal ramifications when they are sued),they load their truck with your goods, but instead of taking it to the detination outlined on the contract they take it to a central warehouse where they "park" it and then the scam accelerates. They ignore your inquiries for just short of two weeks because the two week mark is where they officially violate the contract.
Just short of that key date they call you and offer to deliver your goods but at a "new revised" price. This is the extortion phase of the "STING" if you have an ounce of character (guts) you refuse their offer.
They put your goods in storage at the warehouse where they "parked" it and from that day on start charging you monthly storage costs!!!!
Now they have solidifided their legal position to wit:
When the law comes after them they can say they presented your goods for delivery within the time limits of the contract and that you (like me, a poor dumb victim] REFUSED DELIVERY
Now the remainder of today's published complaint from all over the Web, some very recent, one or two weeks before my brutalization.
Tomorrow I will begin to analyse the word TRIVIALIZATON.
WHY IS TRIVIALIZATION THE OPPOSITE OF EMPATHY??
More complaints:
Stay far, far away from Mega Moving & Storage of North Miami Beach!!!!!! I've worked with four different moving companies in the last 15 years, I never had a single problem with Graebel, North American or Allied. Mega Movers is by far the worst I've ever encountered. They were highly, unprofessional & highly, unethical. The Pickup: They arrived several hours late, refused to give my boyfriend (Aaron) an updated estimate based on the changes he'd discussed with their sales agent (Erika). They loaded everything on the truck, and then proceeded to charge him double the price they quoted in writing, on a so-called "BINDING" estimate. When Aaron called to discuss the matter with the very belligerent supervisor (Samuel), the supervisor resorted to threats and name calling. The Delivery: After picking up Aaron's belongings on a Monday, they broke their promise to delivery the following weekend. Instead of giving 24 hours notice of their arrival as promised, they gave us six hours notice ... and only after Aaron called to inquire about his delivery. Upon arrival at the new place, they refused to accept a money order from Aaron's bank (Bank of America) and insisted on a postal money order. The crew member actually tried to argue that there is a difference between the two. We were forced to withdraw several hundred dollars in cash from an ATM in the middle of the night. Aaron's belongings were not loaded in order of delivery, so the movers spent the first hour and a half taking some other poor, unsuspecting customer's belongings out of the truck and leaving them on the front lawn, so they could unload his stuff. Several hours later, one of the crew leaders assured us that all of Aaron's belongings had been unloaded and announced they were leaving. Aaron insisted on walking through the truck himself and found 12 more of his boxes. The movers had overlooked them and would have driven away without a second thought. Use these guys at your own risk folks!!!!! This was my boyfriend's move, but I witnessed the entire process from start to finish. "Google" Mega Moving & Storage Corp. and you'll see the customer complaints far outnumber the compliments. You'll also notice that many of the comments describe the same unprofessional, unethical and perhaps illegal, practices over and over again. I am appalled
If you are considering using Mega Movers, take my advice and look elsewhere, immediately!! I have never dealt with more dishonest, unethical people in my life. I was the victim of bait and switch concerning their quote and their subsequent alterations. They lied repeatedly about when they were going to pick up my belongings which they originally failed to collect (they did not bring a big enough truck). They lied about when they were going to deliver my belongings, repeatedly, and they lied about the flat screen TV of mine which mysteriously disappeared between the time they picked it up and the time it was supposed to be delivered. All in all, my experience with them could not have been worse. They are a horrific company run by dishonest people.

Subject: Refuse to deliver belongings Quote ID : L294383
On 10/27/2008 Mega Movers picked up my belongings to be delivered to NC on Nov. 2, 2008. They called to deliver my belongings on 10/31/2008 and I told them I would not be in NC until 11/2/2008. I have been guaranteed 5 different delivery dates and each date passed without my belongings or phone call telling me why. On Friday, 11/21/08, another guaranteed delivery date, I told them that I needed my belongings and that we were leaving for PA on Saturday 11/22/08. I needed my husband's handicap equipment for the trip. He was having surgery on Monday 11/24/08 in PA. They knew this and again guaranteed delivery by Noon on 11/22/08. We waited until 1:30PM and no delivery. On Tuesday 11/25/08, knowing we would not be home, they tried to deliver the belongings. After finding that I was not home they took the furnishings to FL. When I came home and called the company, I was told it would cost me an additional $450.00 for a re-delivery charge. They refused to talk to me and still have all my belongings. They purposely kept my belongings until they knew we would not be home just to charge me more money. I also found out that they had two other moving companies which they pulled the same actions until the companies had such a bad rating that they closed them down. They then started this company. Can anyone help me?

MY PLEA TO THE MEDIA
Attached is a copy of my e mail to Rachel Maddow of MSNBC:
Dear Ms Maddow:
There are an unbelievable number of scams perpetrated every single day against innocent people moving from one state to another. Moving Companies, licensed and unlicensed, are getting away with murder because they have not been exposed by a major news personality or network.
Please consider a series of programs on this problem. You can google Complaints against interstate moving companies and please click on my blog to learn about my personal misfortune which has left me at age 78 with nothing. A move 3 weeks ago from Melbourne,Florida to Longs,SC resulted in a Moving Co holding my goods on their truck and attempting extortion to obtain monies over and above what I contracted for.

On April 14th,2009,Mega Moving and Storage co.picked up all the remaining worldy goods of Charles Olimpio at his apartment at 310 Lago cr, Apt 103, West Melbourne,Florida 32904.
Charles Olimpio had contracted with Mega several weeks earlier primarily negotiating said contract (Job Order # F313753) with a woman in Customer Service named "KIM". This woman never gave a last name in any correspondence or phine conversations with Charles Olimpio during this extended period of 3 to 4 weeks.
"KIM" seduced Charles Olimpio through repeated assuarnces that the company she represented (Mega) was unlike any of the moving companies I had read about and researched on the Web.
Mega was reliable, strong, ethical and she "KIM" would be my personal representative throught the actual time of my move which was scheduled for April 15,2009 but subsequently moved up one day at the request of Mega's driver "Isaac" to April 14,2009. As fate would have it,one the day of the move this seductive woman named "KIM" disappeared from the face of the earth. Charles Olimpio was told various tales regarding her disappearence, including she had to take an emergency leave of absence and then that she had been fired. Neither was true as "KIM" can still be reached today by calling Mega.
On April 14, at 11am, (3 hours late) Isaac, the driver for Mega Moving showed up with his helper at Charles Olimpio's apartment at 310 Lago cr, West Melbourne,FL 32904,. They loaded the Mega truck with all the remaining worldly goods of Charles Olimpio, a 78 year old man of failing health and living alone on his monthy social security check of $1500.00 with no additional income.
They placed all his goods, including but not limited to an RCA TV, a Hutch, Dining room table and 4 chairs,Sleeper sofa, a Lazy Boy recliner, a queens size bed with Bookend type headboard, a full size double dresser, a vacuum cleaner, a full size office desk, 2 cocktail tables and one end table,
golf bag with full set of Callaway golf clubs, a step ladder, a massager for Mr. Olimpio's sciatic back problem,a desktop PC and 30 packed boxes loaded with all of the hereafter called "Victim"'s personal effects including medications, china, flatware, important documents, all photos extending over a 78 year lifetime.
The loading took 3 hours and then the driver accepted a credit charge payment of $300.00 as part of the agreed upon total payment for move of #1050.00 with balance to be paid to Mega by victim upon delivery of loaded goods to 248 Sun Colony Blvd,Unit 103, Longs,SC 29568 2 days hence (April 16,2009) NOTE: Fine print on order says Mega may take as much as 14 days to deliver but "KIM" had assured victim that the verbal agreement between victim and "KIM" would overide the fine print and said verbal agreement would be firm and binding.
Driver Isaac told victim he would call him the next day while he was on the road driving to victim's new residence in Longs,SC and would give him a definite time of arrival for delivery datre of April 16,2009.
Victim drove in his car to Longs,SC and all day on April 16,2009 waited anxiously at his new residence at 248 Sun Colony Blvd, unit 103, Longs,SC. The truck never arrived and the Driver, Isaac never called. Today is April 28,2009, 2 weeks after the victims only remaining worldy goods were stolen from him by Mega Moving Co. In that two week period he has not received ONE call from either the Driver,Isaac or anyine at Mega's home office in North Miami Beach,Fl.
Victim has called repeatedly to Mega's home office and the Driver, Isaac's cell phone. Every time Victim called he was given to a different unknown party with names of samuel, Wendy, Maria, erica etc etc ad nauseum. He has also repeatedly called the mystery woman "KIM".
No one has responded or would tell him where his remaining wordly goods are located (warehouse, truck, river?) or the condition of said goods.
The victim is devestated, What little he had left in life is gone. he has had thoughts of "why go on" but wants to live long enough to see the perpetrator of the crimes against him brought to justice.
The victim will post regular complaints from all other victimized by Mega Moving and Storage on a daily basis.
Your thoughts and reactions are kindly solicitated.

MORE COMPLAINTS ABOUT MEGA MOVING AND STORAGE CO,NORTH MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA
I POST THESE COMPLAINTS TO SHOW HOW THIS GANG OF THIEVES OPERATES
1. PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING TO GET YOUR MOVING JOB
2. GET IT ON THEIR TRUCK
3. DISAPPEAR FOR 2-3 WEEKS
4. RESURFACE AN DEMAND ADDITIONAL MONEY IN EXCHANGE FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS.
Today's post going back to mid-2008 is from a victim who had experiences similar to mine:
There needs to be something done ab0ut this company and fast. I have learned that their Destination movers name is going out of business come December 31st 2008 which leaves those of us who have been scammed by them under that name screwed. I'm missing over $1800 worth of belongings since My boyfriend and i hired them on may 29th 2008 we asked them to start shipping September 29th 2008 and didn't receive anything until October 23rd 2008 and again missing over half of my belongings. They loured us in with a supposed "binding estimate" of $1000.03 which they bumped up to $1500.00 and claimed it was because we didn't pay them for monthly storage. How were we suppose to know we were suppose to send them monthly payments of $100 or there would be late fees. We figured they charged us $200 just in late fees. 4 months in storage 1 month of that was free we should have only paid them $1300.00. Just like the person who posted this I had the same situation. My situation was I was being evicted and had to move out in the two day period the apartments allowed and wasn't able to research the company until I got to my final destination. These are the missing items:These fallowing four items were in one box and every box i had was labeled with my shipping address on it.-Dell Desktop computer(including mouse, keyboard, tower, monitor, speakers) - This item is important because it has a lot of vital information on it not to mention it has personal pictures of me and my family on it. -13in TV- was given to me when I was 10 years old by my dad for Xmas.-Comcast cable box- now we owe comcast $400 to replace the box.- Cordless telephone.-----------------------------------------other items include---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Single four drawer wood dresser- cost me $120 and i bought it only a month before we moved.-Plastic Xmas tree-Electric four cup coffee maker-Electric can opener- Floor lamp-small laundry basket-Kitchen trash can-love seat-Twin mattress and box spring.-1 circular lounge chair( the other I did receive was damaged to the point it cant be fixed.-Sheets used as cushion to the box with computer etc..-Electric Foreman grill.- box full of my good dishes.- box full of booksOur queen mattress we had received was torn up at the edges and was covered in dust and leaves. The box spring to it doesn't act as sturdy as it did when we bought it 4 months before we moved.I'm just so angry to think these people have gotten away with this and my trust in any moving company have completely went out the window. I think i am more ashamed of myself because i had that bad gut feeling about this company from the moment i hired them and being limited in time i wasn't allowed to act out on my feeling. Please contact me at 520-797-1022 or sugerbear2007@yahoo.com because i have more information for you.Thank you, Andrea Carlson.

Same here, when I scheduled my move I told them that I had a very tight deadline and they sounded very understandable of my situation, I was scheduled to move on a Saturday at 9:00 AM, the driver called me at 11:00 AM to say that that he will be there at 7:00 PM, then he called me later to say that it was either 9:00 PM or Sunday 8:00 AM, after settling form Sunday he never called me back, I called him back several times but he never answered. On a desperation mode I called the main office to complaint; first the receptionist asked me I ever worked with a moving company, I don’t know what she meant? Finally after being put on hold several times I was able to speak with a supervisor who told me that if I post a public complaint about the move they would charge my credit card.

I too have been scammed by this company. I checked out several with BBB and this one had the best rating, I am very disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation. I am filing a claim for the missing/damaged items. Plus I am contacting the BBB and the Attorney general. I also plan on pursing this with any other government agency that will hear me out. I may not get my money back, but I will try to prevent this company from taking advantage of others. I urge all of you to contact the BBB, plus you always have small claims court. Found out through and attorney that a binding estimate cannot be changed without prior notification --- -not after they load the truck.

I cannot express to you all enough how horrible my experience was with this company today. We were given an estimate by Baron one of their sales associates for $1138. We were crystal clear when we spoke to him and told him that since we have had very bad experiences in the past with moving companies - we wanted to make sure that our quote would not go up with 'hidden costs'. We were promised that this was not the case - and that the ONLY way we would be charged extra would be if we took up extra room in the truck - which we were fine with. Today they came here - packed up all of our stuff - and then tried to charge us $640 for wrapping our glass and furniture in blankets!! We provided them with extra boxes - and included in my quote were 6 free medium boxes which I never received - however they tried to charge me for a wardrobe box which I never needed or requested. All of our things were packed and ready for the movers (aside from being wrapped in blankets which is their responsiblity) - we even took the beds apart for them before they got here!! The driver Isaac ran down a list of 'supplies' that we were being charged for - which made absolutely no sense whatsoever. We then spoke to Ray and Sam on the phone. While I was speaking to Sam (the supposed 'supervisor') - I politely asked him if I could please finish my sentences because he would not let me speak - then I asked him very nicely to please stop yelling at me and treating me the way that he was because #1 I was the Customer #2 I am a woman and #3 I am 4 months pregnant - and he kept on going. He then responded to me by telling me to put my husband on the phone so he could yell at him instead of me - instead of just speaking to me like a human being and a responsible supervisor. The driver Isaac proceeded to speak in another language to Sam and Ray on the phone so that we would not understand what was going on. I have never been treated this way by any company - and I urge all of you who read this not to do business with Mega Moving. They still have my belongings and I fear (after reading your posts) that they will be damaged or lost. We even told them that we would take our things back and were told that he would keep our deposit - and since we could not risk that we had to let them. I am going to contact the BBB, news stations, etc etc etc in order to try to put a stop to this Company. This is obviously not the first time that they have done this and I only hope that my post deters the next customer from dealing with Mega Moving

I am one of the latest victims of Mega Moving and Storage. My husband and I moved from Georgia to New York and we also had a very tight deadline. They did not arrive on the scheduled date or time and they took two weeks to deliver our things when they told us it would only take 3 to 5 days. They tried to TRIPLE CHARGE but ended up DOUBLE CHARGING US!!! When our things came the boxes were severely tattered, as though they had been moved around several times. Thing were missing and a lot of our posessions were damaged or blemished. The receptionist, Yvonne and the "manager" that I spoke to (Samuel) were so nice prior to us booking the move. Once the move was booked and they had our things. they were short, abrupt and at times, down right rude! Samuel even told me at one point that I was "ungrateful for all that he had done for us." I am so disgusted. This was a traumatizing experience. My husband and I were even scared that they would hold our possessions because we refused to pay them the TRIPLE that they asked for. They are con artists and they have absolutely no conscience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After reading the numerous complaints, I am thinking that a class action law suit may be in order. In the meantime, I am also going to file a complain with the BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency. If anybody is interested in some kind of joint lawsuit, please contact me at Exquisite_08@hotmail.com. I have never done something like this and I am not sure where to start, but considering how many people they have ripped off, I am willing to learn and go through the process.

I am another victim of Mega Moving and Storage. I will not go into details on my experience as it relates to the experience that many of you have already shared...over charged, late pick-up and delivery and damaged items! I have contacted the above person at the email provided so we can move forward in filing a joint lawsuit. I high recommend for everyone that has received bad service from this company to please participate in this lawsuit. Mega Moving and Storage DOES NOT need to be in business!!!

It doesn't look like there is a need to post anymore bad reviews but I am.I was one of the more fortunate victims. My daughters things did arrive in California from Maryland but not without the same illegal practices that others have complained about. When I called after 8 days to see if I could pay for the delivery with my credit card, I was told that my delivery charge would be $1400.00 and not the $995.00 that was on my so called "binding estimate" that was "guaranteed" by Mega Moving & Storage.I was told that the paper I had meant nothing. I was then put on hold as Sam and Ray took turns playing good guy bad guy roles for about an hour. In the end when I kept refusing to pay the increase they both ended up yelling at me and saying things like, "You mean you don't have $400 more?" and "You mean your daughter's husband is in the Military and he can't even afford to pay for her move?" Or there was "I will return your things to Maryland and leave them in some locker". He shouted even louder when I agreed to having my things returned. The things they said were not only rude but none of their business and sounded even worse when being shouted in a berating way. In the end he took away the Military discount and I agreed to pay $100 more. Yes, don't give a military discount to the people who keep your freedom to enter our country and rip us off.The delivery people didn't honor the "binding estimate" either and refused to take the furniture and boxes into the apartment without an additional charge of $75 which my daughter and her husband didn't have. Thankfully, my son in law offered to help them carry everything in and they ended up with all their things inside. So I was one of the luckier ones. I did worry terribly for days with my stomach in knots as to whether or not her things would arrive damaged missing or if they would arrive at all! Mega Moving & Storage is run by Israeli extortionist and thieves. This is one of the reasons American's feel hostile towards foreigners living in this country. They come here to rip off Americans.I feel horrible to all the victims of this company. We trusted this company to move EVERYTHING that we own! They understood it's importance and used it as leverage to extort more money from us! They are criminals!

WHY I CAN NEVER BOW TO EXTORTIONIST BULLIES
I grew up during an era most of you reading my blog have only read about in history books.
My earliest memories at 8 years of age in 1939 was of an extortionist bully ravaging his way through Europe.
I clearly recall a man named Neville Chamberlain whose name has in the past 70 years has become synonomous with appeasement.
Chamberlain dealt with the History's most evil man by negotiating with him and giving him a perecentage of what he demanded from civilized men. Time has proven that it never works.
The Gang of Thieves from Mega Moving & Storage Co in North Miami Beach, Florida have clicked into high gear since last evening. Their driver called me last night from Atlanta where he is holding my furniture and personal possessions.
This morning a man who identified himself as "MIKE" but who is actually the evil one "RAY" the dispatcher( see earlier blogs) phoned me from North Miami Beach to continue Mega's extortionist demands. he obviously was calling from home this being Saturday as I could hear a child wailing in the background ( a model Dad is this henchman "RAY").
I repeated what I told his driveer "ISAAC" last evening; I will NEVER pay Mega or any of it's representatives a dime. I agreed by contract to pay them $300.00 when they loaded my goods on to their truck in West Melbourne,FL on April 14,2009, and the remainder of the agreed upon total price ($1037.00) or $737.00 when they deliver my goods two days later (April 16,2009) in Longs,SC.
However their driver committed fraud when I signed a debit card statement for $300.00 upon pick up on April 14th and changed the amount charged to @1037.00. So I owe them nothing and will pay them nothing. And I will spend the rest of my days hounding them on the Internet so as to keep other from falling for their scam!!
If they show up here this afternoon at my condo in Longs,SC, the local Police will be here one minute later. I have alerted them and since this Gang of Thieves has been charged with grand theft thru a legal process I initiated with the West Melbourne police I will be protected.
I have learned way back some 70 years ago from my incredible Uncle John that bullies are all the same. Since the it has been proven countless times. Every single bully I have encountered in my lifetime is underneath his external bluster, a COWARD !
